Chris Traub
Chris Traub has been a global executive search pioneer; and connector and curator of global transformation communities of inspired, compassionate, and impact-oriented leaders, for the past 37 years. Chris co-founded Strategic Executive Search (SES) Group, in 1988; and leads the firm's Board & C-Suite focused, Crypto, Technology, and Private Equity Practice Groups today, partnering with the world's largest companies as well as game changing exponential technology companies, and private equity/buyout-backed enterprises.
Chris is concurrently Founder & Curator of Vortex, the Global Leadership Transformation & Impact Community (www.vortexglobal.net); and Co-Founder of COmastermind.com - the Global Collective of Conscious Communities.
Chris regularly mountainbikes to his favorite natural coldsprings in a nearby National park; is passionate about consciousness, transformation, and adventure travel; and plays the world's only Tibetan Tiger Harpobanjitar.
Joining the firm in 1994, Paul Lo conducts searches across all disciplines. He drives the Industrial & Technology Practices and is also an active member of the Group's Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Practice.
Prior, Paul was engaged in regional strategic planning & marketing at Philips NV, management consulting, and earlier career with The Franklin Mint and Wang Laboratories.
Born in the US, grew up in Asia, Paul graduated from Villanova University with a BSEE degree and an MBA at West Chester University. He is fully bicultural and bilingual, in English and Mandarin.
Off hours, you can find Paul on the tennis court or swimming in the pool, while also enjoying the comradeship that comes along with the sports.

Lee Boon Lee
Boon Lee’s business acumen and attunement to interpersonal and cultural dynamics have served him well in his senior leadership roles in SAP and Hewlett-Packard (HP); and have also enabled him to serve his executive search clients’ needs in a comprehensive way. Having donned the hat of a C-suite and built and ran regional businesses, Boon Lee understands the nuances and complexities of creating a high-performing team, which earned him the credibility to weigh in on recruitment discussions and the connectivity to a diverse talent pool. He has a keen understanding of human behaviours and thrives on identifying and attracting talents who are aligned with client’s needs.
Prior to joining SES, Boon Lee was the VP & Head of Software at HP, where he oversaw HP's entire suite of software solutions and related consulting business in the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Before that, Boon Lee spent almost 20 years with SAP and his last held executive role was the President & CEO of SAP Greater China.
Utilizing the unique combination of his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the technology industry, his strong global network, as well as his passion for connecting top talent with great companies, Alfred has successfully completed more than 200 executive level (VPs & CxOs) search assignments for pre-IPO and publicly listed China technology companies and multinationals globally - including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, and Australia.
Prior to executive search, Alfred spent nearly 20 years in technology startups both in Silicon Valley and in China. He was the founding member of several successful companies that included WebEx (joined as employee #1 and designed the first version of the product) and 99Bill (as the company's first VP of Product Management & Development).

Alfred holds an EMBA from CEIBS, an M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of San Francisco.
